Make Friends with your Computer
Do you have trouble finding the “any key”? This class is for those who don’t know much about computers but want to learn more. You will learn the most basic skills needed to operate a computer. Topics covered include: Using a mouse; knowing certain terminology like Desktop, Icons, Menu, Taskbar, Toolbar, etc. You’ll learn to open programs, save documents, and maneuver your way through the Windows environment. This is a good introduction to other computer classes offered through our program.
Prerequisites: None. Basic keyboarding skills very helpful!
